Error: Type mismatch in method OP_IS:EMPTY found, Unknown expected
Usually this error indicates there is a problem with an improper formatting of the email itself. Please ask the user to:
- Open the email in Edit mode.
- Double-click somewhere in the body of the email.
- Click Save and Close.
- Try to Record to Salesforce again.
