Why does the team here at LinkPoint360 create software for CRM users? The answer is pretty simple. Success.
We know what goes into using a complex CRM platform like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. We know what it’s like to have sales and marketing and support teams working differently between the CRM and their email (where, let’s face it, all of the key interactions are taking place). And honestly, CRM systems can be pricey and take a number of resources (and lots and lots of time) to implement.
And we want CRM users to have.
But what is success? Literally speaking, success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. So what is the goal of implementing a CRM system? One goal is to centralize all of your customer (and prospect) interactions so that team members can collaborate and work efficiently and more productively. But, as you know, there are many, many barriers to achieving that success. End user adoption, data consistency and accuracy, reporting woes, duplicate data entry, and data entry in general to name a few.
So LinkPoint360 designs software solutions that help users eliminate these barriers and achieve more success with their CRM.
We also know that there’s more to success than just software. We’re dedicated to personally assisting our customers to help them achieve even greater productivity, understand our own software, and have success with their LinkPoint360 solution so that their CRM success can skyrocket.
I’m a champion of this, and even from a marketing perspective, I am always trying to find new ways to help contribute to our end users success.
Which is why I am excited that our company is continuing to grow its Customer Success Initiative with the addition of a new team member. As Customer Success Manager, Levy Sinyor is spearheading the expansion of our customer-focused programs. Levy has had some success of his own, with over 8 years of experience working with global clients and a variety of software vendors. He understands the software lifecycle and how different customers have different definitions of success and how to help them achieve it. He’ll be working closely with all of our internal teams and reaching out personally to customers to learn more about their LinkPoint360 experience and how we can take it to the next level.
LinkPoint Connect has a wow factor that we want all of our customers to see. Customer Success for LinkPoint360 is about helping customers realize the true value of their purchase right from the start and to continue to have productivity and efficiency gains throughout their use of the tool. We’ll be looking to meet up with our customers at different Salesforce and other industry events (who’s going to Dreamforce ’16? We are!) to gain feedback and find ways to boost their success with our software so they can have CRM success, too.
